Ultim8 ("we", "our", "the app") is a friends-and-family fitness competition app made by Nash Enterprises. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

| Steps, active/total calories, workout sessions | Read from Android Health Connect (with your permission) so your group's leaderboard can rank you. Never shown outside groups you choose to join. |
| Weight, height, birthdate, biological sex | Optional, private Health Profile you log yourself. Never shown to friends or groups, ever. |
| Display name, profile photo | Shown to people in your groups and friends list, nowhere else. |
| Push notification token | Lets us notify you if someone overtakes you on a leaderboard. You can deny notification permission at any time in your device settings. |
| Purchase data (if you buy Premium) | Handled by Google Play Billing to remove ads. We never see your payment details. |
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Mumbai region) and Google's servers. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it only to help run the app.
Ultim8 is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Ultim8 is provided by Nash Enterprises for personal, non-commercial use — a friends-and-family fitness competition app, not a substitute for medical or professional fitness advice.
Anything you post to a group (your display name, photo, and activity totals) is visible to every member of that group. Don't join a group or add a friend using someone else's identity without their consent.
Removing ads via a Premium purchase is billed and refunded through Google Play, subject to Google Play's own terms. We don't process payments directly.
Ultim8 is provided "as is." Step and calorie data comes from Android Health Connect and the devices/apps that feed it — we can't guarantee its accuracy. Leaderboards and notifications depend on your device staying connected and Health Connect syncing correctly.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — for example, abusive behavior toward other users, or attempts to manipulate leaderboard data. You can stop using Ultim8 at any time by deleting your account.
